Most of the time, official sources tend to be a good source of information regarding release dates, news, etc. It seems, though, in regards to Digimon Survive’s release date, publisher Bandai Namco is saying one thing, while Toei Animation Europe mentions a different day (and year) altogether.

The official Toei Animation Europe website states that Digimon Survive is scheduled for a Q4 2020/Q1 2021 release date. On the other hand, a Bandai Namco representative back in April said that the game is still set for a 2020 release.

Of course, this all stems from a Famitsu piece earlier this year that switched the release date from 2020 to “unspecified.” Either way, it seems that the upcoming tactical RPG is slated for release closer to the end of the year, or beyond, and once we know more we’ll let you know.
