As promised Nintendo has shared an update on Animal Crossing: New Horizons’ second summer update which is set to land on July 30th, and it’s going to be explosive… literally!
As the trailer reveals, for every Sunday in August you’ll be able to partake in Redd’s raffle, getting items like sparklers and glowing headgear, all perfect for watching the accompanying fireworks show. You’ll even be able to use custom designs to make your own firework displays!
New Leaf’s Dream Suite will also make its return. Simply pop into any bed and go to sleep and Luna will take you to other players’ islands.
Finally, it’s confirmed that the island back-up service will be arriving too. More details will be shared when it’s available.
The next update is expected to land in the fall, with Halloween staple Jack being highlighted specifically.
