So they’re finally here, platforming for you! One of the most successful and popular Super Nintendo games is joining the ranks of Nintendo Switch Online titles after a long standing omission. Donkey Kong Country has been highly requested, and in just a little over a week it (and a few other games) will be available via the service.

Donkey Kong Country and Natsume Championship Wrestling are the new SNES titles, while The Immortal is coming for NES. As good a get as DKC is, Japan once again gets one up on us in the US by instead offering it and the original Shin Megami Tensei, as well as Gun-Dec (released in the west as Vice: Project Doom).

All of these will be available on their respective Nintendo Switch Online apps on July 15th. Here’s hoping Donkey Kong Country 2 and 3 aren’t far behind!
