The 13th Tetris 99 Maximus Cup has been announced, and it looks like it’s a business deal with Nook Inc. The next weekend long online event for the game will introduce an Animal Crossing: New Horizons theme that anyone who achieves enough event points can then use whenever they please.

By playing you’ll gain those event points, and you’ll be able to enjoy music and imagery from New Horizons all the while. This comes off the hells of Ring Fit Adventure’s own Maximus Cup, and will run from May 15th to 18th. It’s no Animal Crossing: Puzzle League, but I’ll take it!
