Book featuring text from Earthbound trilogy announced as Mother Project | Nintendo Wire

Fans of the MOTHER/Earthbound series are in for a real treat this year. Hobonichi, the company founded by creator Shigesato Itoi which has produced many books and journals in the past, has made a big surprise announcement concerning the franchise. As for when this next batch of news will drop, the Mother Project site does have a sign-up for further announcements via e-mail, although they’re likely to be in Japanese. It’s worth noting that earlier this year Hobonichi was recruiting manga artists with Mother series familiarity, so it’s possible we could see the results of that.

As the oldest of three, she has survived many Mario Party, Super Smash Bros. and Mario Kart sessions intact in addition to getting her brothers hooked on some really weird games. (Cubivore anyone?)
