Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time has officially been unveiled by Adult Swim Games and Japanese developer Soleil Games. The hit animated series by Genndy Tartakovsky hasn’t seen a video game release since 2004’s Samurai Jack: The Shadow of Aku, so to get yourself ready you can check out the announcement trailer below.

Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time is set in multiple timelines, and seemingly will end with a final showdown between Jack and Aku. The game features a 3D animated art style, along with hack-and-slash mechanics similar to Ninja Gaiden. Samurai Jack has received an ESRB rating of “Teen” — which means the game is very deep into development and should be ready to go by summer 2020.
