As promised, the fifth playable character in Streets of Rage 4 has been revealed – Floyd Iraia. Confirmed to be the last playable character announcement, Floyd has slower movement but makes up for it with impressive reach and powerful blows courtesy of his cybernetic arms. That’s not all, either, as DotEmu has also confirmed that the game will support two-player online and four-player offline co-op!
