The roster of playable characters in DotEmu’s Streets of Rage 4 has been steadily expanding since it was announced, and we’ll soon be seeing the game’s fifth playable character.
As announced via the developer’s Twitter account, the announcement will seemingly coincide with PAX East, which kicks off on Thursday, February 27th.

As for the “little surprise”, we’ll just have to wait and see!
