Not long to go now till we can head out on some nostalgic expeditions with the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team Switch remake. The Japanese Pokémon YouTube channel is keeping the hype flowing, releasing a 5 minute long video showcasing a lengthy cutscene narrated by Whiscash.

In the scene, Whiscash explains the origins of the Mystery Dungeons themselves, which are said to be caused by environmental shifts such as volcanic eruptions. The wise elder also goes on to tell a tall, dark tale about the origins of the Kangaskhan statues that help you store and retrieve items – in reality, it’s just a service the local Kangaskhan provides.

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX launches for the Nintendo Switch on March 6th, 2020.
