After a previous appearance in the latest Indie World, we’ve been on the beat for more Murder by Numbers news. Thankfully, today has delivered not just a (coming in fast) release date, but an animated trailer showing some of the game’s quirky cast and a vocal theme song:

You’ll be controlling Honor Mizrahi, a TV detective in 1996 Hollywood, and assisted by SCOUT (that cute, emote-faced robot) as you unravel a mystery that has Honor as a prime murder suspect herself. It’ll take interrogation skills and nonogram knowhow to get yourself through this one. Also worth noting, the game is scored by the musical mind behind the Phoenix Wright series, perfectly fitting for this genre.

Murder by Numbers will be on the scene starting March 6th for $14.99. If you’re already clued in, you should know pre-orders and first week purchases will be at a 10% discount to celebrate the launch.
