Persona 5 Scramble has already finessed its way to the top of my Nintendo Switch wishlist, but a recent livestream managed to get that want one step closer to need. One of Persona 5’s trademarks was its slick, stylish menu screens. A UI that memorable and visually impressive is worth revisiting, and it looks like the dev team for P5S feels the same way. Have a look at a few courtesy of Persona Central:

The System menu fittingly stars the Phantom Thieves’ navigator Futaba, overseeing heists and infiltrations from her Lovecraftian Persona Necronomicon. This is literally just the config specs and other options, yet it manages so much panache and personality in these few seconds.

Other menus, like for Equipment and Persona management, carry the same visuals. Joker moves himself stealthily with other teammates showing up based on the menu in question. Even the commentators can’t hold back from how cool it all is, and I’m right there with them.

There’s still plenty more to see of Persona 5 Scramble, set to take Japan by storm on February 20th.
