Next month will see one of the Wii U’s best exclusives get a second chance on Nintendo Switch with Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore. On its first pass I found the battle system to be one of the best on the console, adding unique elements inspired by the game’s idol industry theming to the established Shin Megami Tensei formula. If you missed out or just want a reminder of what else this unique blend of an RPG had going for it, look no further than this overview trailer.
While most of it is dedicated to familiar fare from the first release, at the end you get to see some of the new Encore elements. This includes a brand new dungeon, more allies to join you in battle, new music, and costumes — including a familiar uniform from Fire Emblem: Three Houses.
Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore will take the stage again on January 17th.
