While there’s a pretty good amount of Capcom love in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate already, starting this weekend you can add one more series to the list. Joining their comrades from Mega Man, Street Fighter, and Monster Hunter will be all new Resident Evil spirits representing four of the survival horror franchise’s most important characters.

Leon S. Kennedy, Jill Valentine, Chris Redfield, and Albert Wesker will all receive the Spirit Board treatment. This is the first Resident Evil representation in Smash, though considering its prevalence in its genre and Capcom’s library (as well as certain Nintendo related successes, Resident Evil 4 in particular) the four are more than welcome.
Be ready to get itchy tasty when the five day Resident Evil Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Spirit Board event begins on November 29th.
