Nintendo publishes new indie game The Stretchers | Nintendo Wire

If you ever head over to the Switch eShop it instantly becomes apparent that the system is a haven for indie games, thanks to Nintendo’s efforts to make the platform open to developers big and small. Sometimes, though, the company goes the extra mile and publishes an indie game itself, like the early hit Snipperclips.

Tarsier Studios is the latest developer to get the special treatment, with Nintendo surprise publishing the wacky co-op puzzle game The Stretchers.

It’s definitely a far cry from Tarsier Studios’ last game, the creepy and atmospheric Little Nightmares!

You can pick up The Stretchers via the Nintendo Switch eShop now.

Always excited to see something a little bit different, Tom is ready to report on games of all shapes and sizes, whether they be wonderful or weird (or, better yet, both.) Rest assured, if Nintendo ever announces Elite Beat Agents 2, he’ll be there.
