We’re only a week out from the release of Pokémon Sword & Shield, which means it’s time for TV spots to take the field. An English trailer does a serviceable, bite-sized job of reminding us that Pokémon is back while also explaining Giant Pokémon battles:
Meanwhile, the Japanese trailer does away with exposition, instead opting to feature a dramatization of one of said battles in CGI, complete with very intense music:
