The quirky hospital management sim Two Point Hospital is going to need a little longer on the operating table before it’s ready for its Nintendo Switch launch, developer Two Point Studios has announced. Originally scheduled for a late 2019 release, the game is now slated for the more general first-half-of-2020 window.

In the blog post, Brand Director Craig Laycock says that the delay is down to it being a “tricky programming puzzle” bringing the game to three distinct console platforms and making it run well in the process.

We’ll bring you the new release date as and when it’s announced.
