The latest issue of Weekly Famitsu has released in Japan, and within it lies the answer to one of Fire Emblem’s biggest questions: Who is best? For Three Houses this is a particularly difficult question, what with the three classes’ worth of students to grow attached to — but after polling readers we have their answers, provided courtesy of Japanese Nintendo.

Female Results

1. Bernadetta (1,083)

5. Ingrid (767)

16. Rhea (120)

17. Manuela (97)

18. Catherine (71)

19. Kronya (29)

20. Judith (10)

On the male side, Dimitri has fittingly been crowned king with fellow lord Claude not far behind. It looks like the Blue Lions have a fair share towards the top, and Byleth himself doesn’t appear ’til 6th place. Probably the best takeaway from this is the Gatekeeper landing 15th, giving him something to report proudly.

As for the female poll, Bernadetta has taken the top spot, well ahead of her Black Eagles leader Edelgard down in 4th. Funnily enough, Byleth is in almost the same spot, at 7th, but with a greater number of votes overall than her male version.

With plenty more DLC to come, keep an eye out for more on Fire Emblem Three Houses in the future, and let us know who your favorites are, too!
