After being stealthily announced for Japan at the end of September, the latest Switch-bound entry in the Brain Age franchise has been quietly announced for Europe, too.

The game, titled Dr. Kawashima’s Brain Training for Nintendo Switch in the region, promises to use many of the Switch’s unique capabilities, like the Joy-Con infrared sensor finally being implemented for games of Rock Paper Scissors and more.

Of course traditional exercises return too, as does the calculation of your Brain Age.

Most intriguingly though, the game promises to utilize an alarm feature that’ll remind you to take your daily exercise, even if the system is in sleep mode. Could we finally see the LED on Nintendo’s official controllers light up?

Brain Training for Nintendo Switch launches across Europe on January 3rd, 2020, a few days after the Japanese launch. Hopefully we’ll get a North American reveal soon enough!
