More video game soundtracks on streaming services is always a good thing, especially when said soundtracks are *checks notes* the greatest pieces of gaming music to ever exist. That’s right, folks — the legendary soundtracks to ’90s Square RPGs Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross are now available on Spotify.

All the hits are here: the rip-roaring grandeur of “Frog’s Theme,” the exotic mysticality of “Corridors of Time,” the primal majesty of “Time’s Scar”… some of the very best music the entire medium has to offer, courtesy of composer Yasunori Mitsuda (and some others). Be sure to add it to a workout playlist, or just kick back and listen to “Dream of the Shore Near Another World” for the millionth time.
