Nintendo’s mobile titles are no strangers to crossing over with one another for some promotional events, and with Dr. Mario World debuting last week and already netting over 5 million downloads, it’s joined the fold.
To mark the occasion, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp players can log in and receive a free batch of goodies, namely a Mario nose + stache accessory and three t-shirts based on the viruses that have been central to Dr. Mario World’s marketing.
