Ever since Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 was announced, X-Men fans have been asking “where’s Cyclops?” The hero and his optic blasts have been a mainstay of the X-Men series from the very beginning, but outside of a brief cameo in an in-game group photo, he’s been missing. Rest assured, though, he’s on the way, and Colossus is coming too.

As announced during Marvel Games’ San Diego Comic-Con 2019 panel, Cyclops and Colossus will be added to the game as free DLC on August 30th. This means they’re separate from the already announced X-Men DLC character pack.

Speaking of DLC, we also know the first wave of DLC fighters will be from Marvel Knights and include Blade, Moon Knight, Punisher, and Morbius. For the latter two it’s their playable debut in the Ultimate Alliance series!

Finally, there’s confirmation that Loki will be playable in the base game, which launches in just a matter of hours as of this writing.
