While Yo-Kai Watch 4 just launched for the Nintendo Switch in Japan a few weeks ago, Level-5 is already planning to go back to the roots of the series on the system, with a port of the original Yo-Kai Watch.
The port was namedropped by the company’s official virtual YouTuber (yes, really) alongside a recap of the Nintendo Switch Lite news.
It’s worth noting that the original Yo-Kai Watch is already planned to receive something of a HD update later this year with a port to iOS and Android.
We’ll be sure to bring you news on a western release date if it’s announced.
