Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night trailer talks future free DLC; shows Shovel Knight, customization, and more | Nintendo Wire

After its successful funding campaign and its incredibly classic side game, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is upon us. Or at least it is for platforms other than Switch, but that’s still cause to celebrate the game via its Iga and info-filled launch trailer:

Whether you were sword or whip, the game is ready to take you back to a certain Symphony and all the games it inspired. Be prepared for our own take on the game, and to rake up all the post-release DLC detailed in the video. New difficulties, characters, modes, and more will be brought in over time, and a certain chivalrous shoveler shows up yet again.

Get ready for Bloodstained’s pile of secrets and the Nintendo Switch release next week, on June 25th.

When he isn’t writing for Nintendo Wire, Ricky’s anticipating the next Kirby, Fire Emblem, or if the stars ever align, Mother 3 to be released. Till then he’ll have the warm comfort of Super Smash Bros. to keep him going.
