If you’re still dealing with the disappointment of being unable to import non-Galar regional dex Pokémon into Sword & Shield, you might want to strap in for this next info drop from Junichi Masuda’s latest Famitsu interview (via Serebii) – both Mega Evolutions and Z-Moves won’t make it into the new games.
While Z-Moves were already absent from the Let’s Go games, some were holding out hope that Mega Evolution would once again return, but we’ll be out of luck.
We’ll just have to wait and see if these are similarly potentially patched in or if they’re gone for good.
