Everyone’s favorite plumber is meeting up with the Blue Blur once again at Tokyo’s Olympic Games in 2020, and a brand new trailer showing off all the action debuted during this morning’s Nintendo Direct. Brand new sports were shown off, such as skateboarding and kickboxing, as was the ability to play online with friends, and what looks to be a retro-inspired mode, featuring 8- and 16-bit characters sporting banners displaying Tokyo 1964, the last time the Olympics were held in Tokyo.

A quick montage ends the trailer, showing off several sports and plenty of characters. The Olympic Games will heat up in Tokyo next summer, but you’ll be able to compete with Mario & Sonic in November 2019.
