Here we go again, with another set of NES titles making their way to Switch later this month. The three on offer for May all come from Nintendo itself, and among them is one I’ve been hoping for for a while.
According to the official site for the NES Online service, we’re due to receive Clu Clu Land, the Famicom Disc System’s VS. Excitebike, and Donkey Kong Jr. I’m one of those people who prefers Jr. over the original DK, which, if you go by how often Nintendo references it, makes me a strange and unrepresented class of human. Still, this chance to work on my high scores anywhere at all is a great one and it’s another reminder that Mario’s even been a villain in his long list of careers.
