The Samurai Shodown series has a massive cast of weapon based fighters, and in order to get ready for the upcoming revival of the series, SNK is sharing freshly cut trailers of them in action. Each of these will focus on one of the playable characters, and the first of them belongs to one of the most popular in this and all of SNK’s work: Nakoruru!
An Ainu priestess from the northern Japanese island who would go on to be known as Hokkaido, Nakoruru fights for the good of nature with her falcon helper. Her peaceful nature doesn’t make her any less deadly here though, as seen above.
Be on the lookout for more of these leading up to the game’s release on consoles in June, with the Switch release to follow in winter.
