Nintendo of America has announced that both Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Splatoon 2 are getting North American tournaments in 2019. The Smash Ultimate North American Open will allow people from across North America to compete in regional tournament play in an attempt to qualify for the grand finals at PAX East on March 30th.
And that’s not all: The Splatoon 2 North America Inkling Open is also coming! This tournament will take the top five teams in North America and fly them out to PAX East for the finals.
Both of these tournaments will have online qualifiers so, no matter where you’re located in North America, you can enter to win! Before you start making big plans for the tourneys, you’ll need to register first. You can find registration information for the tournaments on the following pages:
