After a few early ratings board leaks, Giga Wrecker Alt. has been officially confirmed for Switch. One of Game Freak’s rare non-Pokémon experimentations, Giga Wrecker originally released for Windows back in 2017 as part of the studio’s internal “Gear Project” where developers try out new ideas.
Rising Star Games will be working with Game Freak to bring Giga Wrecker Alt. to Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One while Limited Run Games will offer limited physical copies of the former two versions.
There’s no release date for Giga Wrecker yet but we’ll be sure to let you know as and when it’s revealed.
