The holidays are wrapping up and the only thing hotter than a well wooded fireplace has gotta be the ink splashin’ action going on in Splatoon 2. After a long weekend, we’ve got a winner for the game’s Frosty Fest, which asked players to fight over who they like to spend the season with: Family or Friends?

All that family feuding didn’t secure a win though, as the results are in — and it’s friends ’til the end! Looks like bonds forged over shared interests and experiences won out over lineages and tradition. At the end of the day though, your family can be your friends and your friends can be like family, making this the one Splatfest where everyone can feel like a winner. Some winners are just walking away with a little more glory.
