Adventures of Lolo, Ninja Gaiden, and Wario’s Woods have all joined the Nintendo Switch Online Service’s library of NES games as expected, but yet again they’re joined by a couple of surprises. “SP” versions of Dr. Mario and Metroid are also available to play, giving you what may be a slightly different experience with the two classic games.

Dr. Mario’s SP version drops you into a Hi Speed game on Level 20, giving you a taste of some high-level play, while Metroid’s gives you all of Samus’s abilities and puts you right before Ridley’s very first boss fight.

It’s worth noting that this is the last batch of games we know about for the online service, with 2019 so far being a complete mystery. Here’s hoping the release schedule picks up as we enter the new year!
