The day has come when nearly the entire Kirby series up to this point is represented in one game. Kirby Star Allies has received its third free update since release, adding in not just new Dream Friends and other extras like the previous patches, but an all new mode to explore.

Players can now play as Magalor, Taranza, and Susie in the game’s various modes to not only see how they fare in Kirby’s latest adventure but how they can make their mark on this game’s arena. Let’s not forget the Three Mage-Sisters either, though unlike the others they must be unlocked.
And at the heart of this addition lies the brand new mode: Heroes in Another Dimension. Bringing all kinds of new challenges to Kirby and his Allies, it’s just what the game needed to really draw me back in after all the hours I’ve already thrown its way.
HAL Laboratory has confirmed via a blog post that this update marks the end of the free content updates for the game. All you need to do to experience it all for yourself is update Star Allies to the latest version, wait for that download, and hope back into Dream Land and the stars beyond.
