In another Smash Blog case of all tell and no show, Luigi’s moveset is getting slightly tweaked for Ultimate with one of his most iconic elements. With his original haunted foyer foray back on 3DS and new a Switch release coming next year, it makes sense that the man in green would bring his trusty Poltergust to Smash Bros. beyond his Final Smash.
Sadly nothing’s been shown, though we did see his newest model of the ghost catching vacuum that time he straight up died in Dracula’s Castle. According to today’s posting he’ll be using it for his throws specifically, meaning he may get a buff to his range or some other unique properties. Again, no sign of this one in action but with this and Ash-Greninja getting name dropped last week it’s starting to feel like we’re due for a new round of Smash Ultimate reveals very soon.
