We recently got a look at some upcoming Rare Totaku figures, and I don’t mean the hard to find kind. I mean the kind that defined the N64 platformer scene just as well as Mario did, drowning fans in a seemingly never ending stream of collectibles, humor, and outright weird characters. Banjo & Kazooie and Conker are looking great in plastic, but if you want something a little more huggable we’ve got good news.

Confirmed by Rare itself, a Banjo-Kazooie Stubbins plush will be releasing soon! The ol’ bear and bird have never looked this huggable, rounding out their original design to make the most of the style. No need to get every Music Note in one go for these either, as Rare will apparently have them (and the Totaku figures, and more to be announced) via a currently in-development online shop.

They may not be in Nintendo’s corner anymore, but it sure is great to see these two back a bit and getting some well-deserved attention. Be on the lookout for more details on these collectibles and more, with hopefully more polygonal-collectathon goodness coming our way.
