The latest featured Poké Ball summon for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is easily one of the most loved Gen VII Pokémon there is. The irony of it all lies in just how much that has to do with how lonely and unloved it feels, but thankfully its popularity is ever more on the rise as it joins the fun of all these different characters and worlds.

When called upon, Mimikyu will make use of what looks like a version of its signature Z-Move Let’s Snuggle Forever. By grabbing at an enemy with its true self, it’ll pull them under its Pikachu disguise for a little playdate. Showing just how rough it plays though, if they happen to have over 100% damage it’s an instant KO, causing them to disappear without a trace.

I’d still totally hug Mimikyu though.
