Fans waiting eagerly for Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom, the spiritual successor to Wonder Boy, will have to wait a little longer, for the game’s run into an unexpected delay. Due to some difficulties with manufacturing the physical edition of the game, its release date has been pushed back to December 4th. That’s just a month later than previously slated, but it’s still unfortunate to get the news when the finish line was so close.

This affects both the physical and digital versions of the game — you can check out the full details and reasoning available on the Monster Boy dev blog.
