Kicking off a new era of Splatfests in Splatoon 2 Version 4.0, the Retro vs. Modern battle’s come to a close with an indisputable winner. Even if Retro might win when it comes to games, this one was all about style and sleek chic just couldn’t be stopped.

Clinching a 3-0 victory for Marina and everyone else that fought for it, Modern’s grabbed only the third perfect win for any side in Splatoon 2 Splatfests. Looks like it’s right back to the thrift stores for the losers and potentially a sign of things to come when it comes to the adjusted scoring method.
