It wasn’t hard to guess that this week’s Smash Blog music could come from the wild world of Animal Crossing. Isabelle’s made her debut as a fighter, and it looks like she’s brought a little something from one of the series’ side games (and it’s not amiibo Festival!)
I may not’ve gotten drawn into Happy Home Designer the way I do standard AC games, but I know its Title Theme didn’t sound this heavy. Kazumi Totaka, the man behind the music of Animal Crossing and the basis for K.K. Slider, takes up not his acoustic guitar but an electric to carry this one through, with some kickin’ drums and light synth accompaniment for good measure.
Look forward to this and plenty more town tunes when Super Smash Bros. Ultimate arrives on December 7th.
