After launching alongside the Nintendo Switch last year, Super Bomberman R has been quite the hit for Konami, and the company has regularly updated the game with familiar cameo characters and more besides. Now, it’s been revealed that the game has crossed the one million units sold mark, and they’ve celebrated the achievement in a rather bizarre way…

It’s worth noting that the Switch version alone almost reached a million units sold back in March, so it’s likely the subsequent launch on other platforms helped push it over the edge. So to speak.

Always excited to see something a little bit different, Tom is ready to report on games of all shapes and sizes, whether they be wonderful or weird (or, better yet, both.) Rest assured, if Nintendo ever announces Elite Beat Agents 2, he’ll be there.
