Ever since its full E3 2018 reveal, Nintendo has been supplying daily updates to the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate website. Fighter spotlights, Assist Trophies, Pokémon, new music, and more are all being shown off to get you ready for the biggest crossover around! Let’s have a look at what Nintendo shared for the week of July 22nd:

7/22 – All three Mii Fighters are ready to face the competition

With fists, swords, and guns at the ready, the Mii Fighters are back and prepared to rumble! The three varieties have been shown off fine, but we’ve still no definitive word on if you’ll be able to change their appearances or take them online. What we do know though is that there will be 12 voice options overall, and multiple special movesets to use for each type of Fighter.

7/23 – Great Plateau Tower stands proud as a new stage

I still get chills remembering some of the heights I could reach in Breath of the Wild, and with this new sweeping view of Hyrule in Smash, those tingles are even more fine-tuned. By shattering the tower’s structure you can free up some space, and be sure to keep an eye out for the Old Man gliding by.

7/24 – Princess Peach’s Castle is back and F-Zero gets a new (music) track

Speaking of great views of the kingdom, Princess Peach’s Castle is returning to Smash Bros. Bowser must be a little trigger-happy again, because those Banzai Bills just keep on coming! Still, seeing that stained glass again in glorious HD makes the potential explosions worth it.

F-Zero! This high energy, high speed song is coming at you faster than the galaxy’s number one anti-gravity racing machine league. Thanks to the style of Takenobu Mitsuyoshi, we’ve got a medley that calls to mind his work on Daytona USA and other Sega titles just as much as F-Zero itself. Any fight with this one playing’s definitely got boost power.

7/25 – R.O.B. is refueled, retuned, and returning to the fight!

The Robotic Operating Buddy is back and he’s got some new bells and whistles to keep up with the times. That new fuel gauge is shining bright, and with his endless supply of Gyromites and that trademark stingy eye laser, the Ancient Minister won’t go down easy.

7/26 – Captain Falcon shows you his moves in the final lap!

The super fast meme machine is ready to light up the stage with his battle cries and overflowing power! Captain Falcon might be the character most defined by his Smash Bros. appearances, so it’s only fitting that he serves as a perfect look at the slow-mo zoom in effect for heavy hits. Better hope this bounty hunter doesn’t set his sights on you — he doesn’t pull his Falcon Punches.

That’s all for last week’s news, but look forward to plenty more updates leading all the way up to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s big release on December 7th.
