Lately, we’ve been getting bits of footage for the two new Dream Friends, Daroach and Dark Meta Knight, coming this summer to Kirby Star Allies via a free update. There’s been no word about when we can expect them to be available, but now at least we know it’s not just the two of ‘em coming to the game.

Asking to guess which round character this silhouette could represent in a series full of orbs with feet is no easy task. Could it be some spin on Kirby himself? Another Waddle Dee? A Jigglypuff seen from above? The potential here is surprisingly high, but if a bit of datamining is to be believed, we can expect an artistically inclined ally to take up their brush again to help out Dream Land. The likelihood of this being Kirby 64’s Adeleine is high, so hopefully once this one’s colors are filled in and they’re revealed in a couple days, we’ll have our answer — and maybe even a release date.
