If you were left scratching your head after Square Enix didn’t port this year’s Secret of Mana remake to the Nintendo Switch then you may be happy to hear the development team’s next project is slated for the system. The team, Business Division 8, has a new job listing on Tenshoku Navi (via Gematsu) which lists a PS4 and Switch action RPG.
Business Division 8 not only created the Secret of Mana remake but also worked with other developers on the immensely popular Final Fantasy: Brave Exvius and a wide variety of other remasters.
It’ll be interesting to see what this action RPG ends up being but we have to wonder if the Japan-exclusive follow-up to Secret of Mana will finally get a localization…
