One of the most inspired and enjoyable VR games I’ve seen around has been Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes. Tasking a team of players to disarm a bomb, it puts the player wearing the headset in the hot seat to actually perform the procedure while the rest have to read the instructions from a manual.

They won’t be able to see which bomb it is and what mechanisms it has though, meaning the disarming player has to be on point with their descriptions. I always wanted it to come to Wii U, as the Gamepad could’ve made for a good stand in for a headset. But alas, that dream fizzled out. Now instead we’ve got a new system to have a blast on:

That’s right, Nintendo fans can finally try not to blow up anywhere they go! Handheld mode seems like a good fit for this one, though they haven’t shown how it’ll work on the system just yet. Won’t take much longer to find out, as you and your friends can shout at each other again and again once it launches later this summer.
