I’m counting down the days ’til Mario Tennis Aces’ online tournament kicks off at the start of June. In the meantime, it looks like Nintendo set up Jimmy Fallon with a demo build of the game to show us a thing or three. Watch him at it in this new video:
Not only do we see some standard matches in motion, but Jimmy goes over some of the game’s features as he plays while also showing off some Mario, Bowser, Spike, and Chain Chomp action. And as if Luigi doesn’t have enough to worry about (getting kidnapped in the game’s story and all), the poor plumber’s racquet gets completely smashed by Bowser.
You can look forward to your own moments like these when Mario Tennis Aces’ Pre-Launch Tournament begins on June 1st, and the game launches on June 22nd.
