The bonfires are kindling and players are dying left and right: Dark Souls Remastered is getting closer and closer. Thanks to PAX East (which is going on right now), off TV footage of the game running on Switch is starting to crop up online, with this first footage of the Undead Burg coming courtesy of GameXplain.

As far as performance goes, it’s a bit too early to say — but there doesn’t appear to be any noticeable issues based on the footage. We do know it will be running at 30 fps versus 60 on other platforms, but with the ability to play on the go and the Solaire of Astora amiibo, the Switch version might be too good to pass up. You can make that call yourself when Dark Souls Remastered releases on May 25th.
