The Octo Expansion feels like a far off dream right now, but we won’t be completely in the dark while knowing the Squid Research Lab is hard at work. A new tweet has shared a look at how Octolings move when they transform their cephalopodic selves.

When placed next to Inklings, the way they move their tentacles seems more fleshed out. With how in tune to marine biology these games have been it’s cool to see some of that in practice. Thankfully, as it’s been stated before, there won’t be any difference in terms of performances between Inklings and Octolings for the sake of online balance.
You can look forward to making your choice between the two once the Octo Expansion drops this summer for $19.99, available for pre-purchase (with extra gear as an incentive) now.
