If there’s one thing you don’t want to do, it’s threaten an Inkling’s style. We’ve all been there this time of year: you pick up the brightly wrapped box, give it a shake with a sense of curious wonder on your face. As you peel back the layers, anticipation builds, your heart beats fast, yours eyes widen as your hope swells. But instead of the toy or game you just had to have, you’re looking at a mess of badly patterned, manufactured essence of “itch.”

The next Splatfest has those memories flooding back, asking which bad holiday gift is best: Sweaters or Socks? Remember, this is about which one you’d like to get as a gift: all you ugly sweater party fans should be siding with Pearl, while all those that just love your warm footwear (for whatever reason…) should join Marina for socks. This celebratory clash will be taking place on December 15th, starting at 9:00 p.m. PT. Hope you keep the gift receipts.
