Happy Release Day Tuesday everyone! Today, two games have been ported over to the Nintendo Switch and while they’ve been around for a few years, it doesn’t mean you should pass on them.

ROCKET LEAGUE

The ever popular and zany Rocket League appeared at the stroke of midnight on the Nintendo Switch eShop. Priced at $19.99, Psyonix’s off-the-wall soccer via driving cars mashup game can now be played at home or on the go. Not only that, those Nintendo themed car skins are now playable, and you can show off your pride for Samus, Mario and Luigi!

To celebrate, the official Rocket League Twitter account has proposed a new hashtag for Rocket League fans and newcomers to us: #RLonSwitch.

Time to show off your screenshots and captured footage on some crazy plays!

L.A. NOIRE

The neo-noir, crime detective hit from 2011, L.A. Noire, is back. This time, the remastered game is available on a Nintendo platform, unlike its initial release.

It’s post-World War II and you’ll play as Cole Phelps, climbing up the ladder of the Los Angeles Police Department, exploring the L.A. of yesterdays. A must play for fans of the film noir and detective/crime genres, the Nintendo Switch version has the added bonus of jumping into action in the game on the go.

You can find L.A. Noire in Nintendo’s eShop and in stores for $49.99.

Is playing a fast-paced match of Rocket League or solving cases in L.A. Noire on your gaming schedule for this week?
