According to a recent report from IGN, Snipperclips is finally getting a long awaited update which brings new control options to the title, including Pro Controller and dual Joy-Cons. In an interview with IGN, the developers stated that the added controller support was something that they always wanted to include but was forced to scrap it due to time.

“We actually have always wanted to support them, even from the beginning,” Nintendo’s Assistant Manager of Product Development Todd Buechele told IGN. “It was just something that we ended up having to shelve at the time, and that was actually one of the key targets when we looked at Snipperclips Plus.”

The update will be live on November 10th, the same day Snipperclips Plus releases in North America.
