Recently announced to be coming to Switch, BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle has another new character trailer for fans to feast their eyes on. Three more combatants have joined the roster, one each from BlazBlue, Persona 4 Arena and Under Night In-Birth.

Noel Vermillion, one of the key players of BlazBlue’s plot, has joined the lineup. Known for quick movements and hitting people with her guns more often than shooting them, it would’ve been strange for her not to join the game what with her prominence and the series creator’s known fondness for her.

Persona 4 fans have a new member of the Investigation Team to look forward to playing as, with Chie Satonaka joining up with her teammates. This kung fu (and steak) fanatic is a great rushdown character in the P4A games and it looks like her moveset is intact here. That means plenty of kicks complimented by her Persona Tomoe, all accompanied by Bruce Lee-style yelling and shout outs.

Last up, from Under Night In-Birth, is the hulking Waldstein. Wielding massive claws and some potent grab attacks, he’s the first “big” character in the game. A protector of fellow Under Night character Linne, Waldstein’s long life has been fueled by his love for fighting.

As a known and admitted sucker for crossovers, I can’t wait to get my hands on this one. Every roster update adds to that hype, with the next one promised for the end of November.
